I liked the Dibea Cordless Vacuum but I thought that I needed a more powerful motor for better suction. After reading your “Quick Look at Features” I realized that this isn’t a deep cleaning vacuum so I can’t expect it to perform like one. Operator error, what I actually need to do is to clean more often and I noticed that it is so convenient to just grab it and clean up that little mess I just made, that I am cleaning more often and it is working. I am not going to send it back because it does just what it is supposed to do.

I purchased one for my daughter as a house warming gift and it’s absolutely useless. Why would you sell a vacuum in the US with a European plug that doesn’t fit our outlets????

Very happy with my c17 but recently something fell on the
Machine and the stick connector to the dust bin broke how can I get a replacement dust bin

The metal filter is removable and is safe to wash. Don’t wash the dust cup because it has electronic contact points. To remove hair on the roller, remove the brush and cut hair off with scissors.

Its cheaper because the battery is junk
it goes dead after 6 months
