Not mopping. I have water in the tank, I press the mop bottom, it says and starts mopping, but is not wetting the pad or the floor at all. What can I do?

Just in case…. To clear the main brush you have to remove it and then remove the hairs etc that have wrapped around the spindle at each end. Cheers. Greg

Hi,Garrick,
I got an issue with my B6009 – after change of wheel & fan could not take it back to work because main brush error message appeared – E02. Robot was asking me to clean the brush which i did, then once more, then replaced with new but the error message still appears and i cannot use the robot. Bought it about 3 months ago, couldn’t use it more than a month due to faults and waiting for spare parts.

Unfortunately it isn’t smart enough to do that. For best results, you’ll have to manually have to move it from room to room

Does it go from room to room and stops when it finishes cleaning or do u have to manually take it to the other room and bring it back to the dock

Hi did you push the fan symbol on the robot before your test?
Because there is two suction level (you’ll ear the difference).
I own one and i’m quite happy with it.
